The Subaru B9 Tribeca is built on the Outback platform, and it is higher off the ground and larger inside than most other comparable crossovers. The Tribeca also offers a third-row seat--something many of its competitors don't offer. Add in all-wheel drive and lots of other standard features that are usually only seen as options in this segment, as well as a large cargo area, and it's clear Subaru was paying attention to what many crossovers lack.
