Top-Rated 2018 Trucks in Quality

Philly Murtha | Jun 20, 2018

Each year, the J.D. Power Initial Quality StudySM (IQS) measures customer satisfaction with new-vehicle quality during the first 90 days of ownership. Since the first study was conducted in 1987, the IQS has become the benchmark for evaluating a vehicle’s quality in terms of design and defect problems. This year, more than 75,000 original car, SUV, minivan and pickup truck owners were surveyed after the first 90 days of ownership.

Based on annual IQS research data, J.D. Power has developed Power Circle ratings to summarize overall quality in an easy-to-use graphic that will aid consumers in researching and shopping for their next new vehicle.
