Top-Rated 2018 Coupes and Convertibles in Performance and Design

Christian Wardlaw | Jul 25, 2018
Selecting a coupe or a convertible instead of a more practical sedan or SUV is an emotional instead of a rational choice. Therefore, the results of the annual J.D. Power Automotive Performance, Execution, and Layout (APEAL) Study are perhaps more relevant to this segment than any other.

The APEAL Study aims to measure what people like the most and least about their new vehicles after 90 days of ownership. Based on data related to owner satisfaction with the performance, design, interior layout, and features of new vehicles, J.D. Power generates Power Circle Ratings designed to visually summarize the study’s findings. These ratings can help consumers to make better-informed vehicle choices.
