To predict how reliable luxury crossovers and SUVs will be over time, J.D. Power calculates predicted reliability Power Circle Ratings from the data that the company collects in its annual Vehicle Dependability Study (VDS) and Initial Quality Study (IQS). By asking new- and used-vehicle owners what has gone right, what has gone wrong, what they like, and what they dislike about their vehicles, J.D. Power can measure owner satisfaction with the dependability, quality, and overall appeal of vehicles at various points in the ownership cycle.

Listed on the pages that follow, in alphabetical order, are the top-rated luxury crossovers and SUVs under $60,000 in terms of predicted reliability, according to J.D. Power. Keep in mind that each rating shown is based on how the subject model compares with other competitors in its market segment and is not a reflection of how the model performs regardless of segment.
