Toyota’s extensive lineup of cars, SUVs, and trucks has yet to include many coupe options. The company offers only its performance-focused 86 for the 2018 model year, which carries over with just a few minor adjustments. Toyota discontinued its 860 Special Edition, which included exclusive designs for the rear spoiler, front and rear fascias, and fender vents, plus LED fog lights and 17-inch black chrome alloy wheels. However, some of these features moved, instead, into the new GT trim level, which also receives an aerodynamic underbody, dual-zone automatic climate control, push-button start, a 4.2-inch display with driving information, and heated leather front seats. A Black package for the trim level adds exclusive black accents to the interior and exterior. Although GT gains several features, it also drops some styling elements offered in the 860 Special Edition, like paint stripes and exterior color options.
