In an entirely Porsche classic design, the high-end 2018 Porsche 911 returns with signature round headlights, its unique body design, and a sleek tail end. The options are somewhat astounding to allow drivers the ability to tailor the coupe to their specific tastes, and the 2018 model increases those options to 23 available trims. Most of the difference can be found in the performance over the optional equipment. Three new models include the Carrera T for enhanced performance and less weight, the GT3 Touring with a manual transmission, and 700 horsepower Porsche GT2 RS. The S model also has a new Performance Pack in 2018 that increases the existing horsepower by 30. Entry-level Porsche 911s have a 3.0-liter, twin-turbo six-cylinder engine that is horizontally opposed. It starts out with 370 horsepower and goes up from there. The 911 and 911 S have a standard seven-speed manual transmission with the option of a PDK dual-clutch automatic.
