Now a product of a United States assembly line, the all-new 2017 Impreza is based on a new Subaru Global Platform. A longer and wider compact car than its predecessor model, the new Subaru Impreza comes as a sedan or hatchback equipped with Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive. Receiving a massive design and mechanical upgrades, the 2017 Subaru BRZ now features a front end fitted with full LED headlights, aluminum rear spoiler and an upgraded 2.0-liter Boxer four-cylinder engine that now produces 205 horsepower. A range of updates has also been made to the 2017 Subaru Forester consisting of exterior modifications and a new Driver Assist Technology suite. The 2017 model year also provides new trim levels for the Legacy and Outback. The Subaru Outback's lineup for 2017 is now topped by a new premium trim level featuring 18-inch wheels, low-profile roof rails as well as a cabin featuring Java Brown leather upholstery and woodgrain. A new Sport version of the Subaru Legacy 2.5i debuts between the Premium and Limited trims with a unique two-tone interior and a dark gray front grille. Dropping the hybrid version of their Crosstrek crossover vehicle in 2017, the Subaru product does offer a Premium Special Edition model.
