2019 U.S. Wireless Network Quality Performance Study—Vol. 2
COSTA MESA, Calif.: 18 July 2019 — The number of reported problems with wireless network quality—such as dropped calls, slow app performance and call quality issues—has decreased on a year-over-year basis for every major wireless carrier in the nation. According to the J.D. Power 2019 U.S. Wireless Network Quality Performance StudySM—Vol. 2, released today, some of the largest improvements in quality have occurred in the area of data speed and connectivity.
