Prior to joining J.D. Power in 2012, Mr. Faza was the director of guest loyalty/front office at DoubleTree Del Mar. There, he was responsible for the day-to-day operation, ensuring the delivery of superior customer service. Previously, he held management positions at various hotels in the San Diego area.
Mr. Faza has been quoted in a number of national publications regarding travel-related issues. Having grown up in the Middle East, he is fluent in Arabic and is very familiar with the area’s culture and history. He also lived in Italy for several years.
Mr. Faza received a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with an emphasis on marketing, from the University of San Diego, and his hospitality certification from the University of California San Diego.
