I. Bradley Hoffman, along with his brother, Jeffrey S. Hoffman, co-chair all business aspects of Hoffman Auto Group, which was founded in 1921. The Hoffman Auto Group is now in its fourth generation, having welcomed Matthew S. Hoffman in 2002, Jonathan T. Hoffman in 2014, and Zachary R. Hoffman in 2014.

Born in Hartford, Connecticut, I. Bradley Hoffman is a 1978 graduate of Kingswood Oxford School in West Hartford and a 1982 graduate of Babson College in Wellesley,  Massachusetts, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. 

He joined the Hoffman Auto Group in September, 1982 and currently oversees one of the most successful and reputable automotive retail groups in the country with locations in East Hartford, Avon/West Simsbury, New London, and Watertown, CT. The company employs approximately 535 individuals and represents the following automotive franchises: Lexus, Audi, Porsche, BMW, Lincoln, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Ford, and Scion.  Along with the aforementioned franchises, Hoffman Auto Group has two state-of-the-art auto body shop repair facilities and a premium, pre-owned vehicle sales dealership, Hoffman Used Car Superstore.

In addition to being a member of numerous boards and serving his community, I. Bradley Hoffman devotes a significant amount of time to many philanthropic endeavors. 

A resident of Avon, CT, I. Bradley Hoffman is married to his wife Kathy and they are the proud parents of five children. He is an avid sports enthusiast, has a vast appreciation for all types of music and is a world-wide traveler.
