Bronwyn Gill is responsible for long-term strategic partnerships with J.D. Power clients in Australia, delivering customer experience insights helping companies drive the voice of the consumer.
With over 20 years’ experience working in the business insights industry, Bronwyn is responsible for business development and client management, engaging with financial services clients covering retail banking and credit cards. Bronwyn provides not only a means to measure customer experience, but also advises clients with recommendations that translate to greater customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Bronwyn has a strong background in analytics and client development and has spent the last 20+ years advising FMCG clients how to use data and insights to drive business growth. Prior to joining J.D. Power in 2019, Bronwyn was with Nielsen as Director of Analytics and prior to that Director of Client Development for their Australian business.
Bronwyn earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics, majoring in Marketing.
