The Friday Five:The Orange TRX, Sellout Lyriq, and “Cheap” EQS Edition
This week, Ford confirmed last week’s short-lived Bronco Raptor rumor—expect the bucking dino to go into production next year. Not too far from Dearborn, the revamped Detroit Auto Show (dubbed Motor Bella) is in full swing. We previewed the latest 2022 model debuts, including the Acura RDX, Ford Expedition, Honda Passport (plus a rugged Trailsport model), and Toyota Tundra. We also reviewed the new 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross and featured the BMW X5 and Lexus RX in a midsize crossover comparison. Speaking of BMW, we explained what xDrive is and clarified what the long-winded Toyota Audio Multimedia infotainment system includes.
But that’s not everything that was happening in the automotive space.
