Go Further into the Wild with the 2022 Toyota Sienna Woodland Special Edition
For 2022, the Toyota Sienna goes even further with the Woodland Special Edition, which provides mechanical enhancements for off-pavement adventures. In addition to AWD, Toyota says it has 18-inch wheels and increased ground clearance over the Sienna’s already generous (for a minivan) 6.37 inches. However, the company didn’t specify what that increase would be.
The 2022 Sienna Woodland SE also provides a tow hitch with a 3,500-pound tow capacity, a 1,500-watt power outlet, and roof rails with crossbars, all of which means you don’t have to leave any of your toys and gear behind. A standard navigation system ensures you reach every destination, and a 12-speaker JBL audio system provides the soundtrack for adventure.
Visually, the Sienna Woodland SE comes with a Midnight Black or an exclusive Cement paint job (because nothing says nature like Cement?). Darkened chrome accents, black exterior badging, and black sport upholstery with unique contrast-color stitching complete the look.
Because it comes with a standard hybrid powertrain, the Sienna is already environmentally friendly. It averages 35 mpg in combined driving, its 2.5-liter 4-cylinder gas engine supplemented by three electric motors in AWD versions. Total horsepower measures 245.
For each Sienna Woodland sold, Toyota will make a $250 donation to the National Environmental Education Foundation (NEEF), whose mission is to “make the environment more accessible, relatable, relevant and connected to people’s lives.” Toyota will donate a minimum of $250,000.
Toyota will announce 2022 Sienna Woodland Special Edition prices closer to the off-roading minivan’s fall of 2021 release date.
