2019 MINI Ratings, Reviews and Awards

Although the US won't see many updates for the MINI in 2019, there will be a few cosmetic upgrades. Overseas versions will differ though, as the 2019 Hardtop offers both two and four door configurations and a convertible option. The engine choices will be the same as the Cooper and Cooper S, with a turbocharged 3-cylinder engine that reaches 134-hp and a 189-hp turbo four engine. The U.S. models will feature six-speed automatic and manual transmissions. It also has an optional LED headlight feature, which comes with a fun LED taillight design that bears the Union Jack. It also comes with new colors, a leather upholstery option, an updated touchscreen navigation system, and the drive mode selector has been updated to a toggle switch to make using it much easier. At its core, it remains the same hatchback vehicle that buyers of older models of the MINI will be familiar with.
