2019 GMC Ratings, Reviews and Awards

GMC's 2019 offerings start with the GMC Sierra 1500, a truck with a carbon-fiber composite truck bed that is lighter than standard beds. On top of the 4.3-liter V6 engine with 285-hp, it comes with a 5.3-liter V8 engine option and a 6.2-liter V8 engine option. Both of these latter engines use an advanced cylinder deactivation system to improve the mpg of the GMC Sierra 1500. It is a rear 4-wheel drive vehicle with regular, crew and extended cab frame options. Their other offering is the 2019 GMC Yukon and Yukon XL models, which are both receiving an update. They will have either rear or four-wheel drive and are updating with two Graphite Editions. As the name implies, it adds a multitude of minor cosmetic changes, but also adds a 6.2-liter V8 engine they originally used in the Yukon Denali that's paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission.
