2018 Nissan Titan XD ratings and reviews
The beefier big brother of the Titan, the 2018 Nissan Titan XD weighs in somewhere between a half ton and three-quarters of a ton. It's more rugged inside and out and offers plenty of safety and technology features, including rear cross traffic alerts, blind-spot monitoring, and a front and rear sonar system. Other safety features include vehicle dynamic control, which course corrects for under or over-steering, anti-lock brakes, traction control, and six standard airbags. A Midnight Edition Package is new for 2018, which offers 20-inch wheels, black door handles, step rails, and interior trim, and a body-colored front grille. The Titan XD also has a 5-year or 100,000-mile bumper-to-bumper, one of the best in the category. Two engines are available, the standard 5.6-liter V8 engine with an eight-speed automatic transmission, or a 5.0-liter turbodiesel V8 with a six-speed transmission and 310 horsepower.
