2018 Kia Sportage ratings and reviews
Fresh off of a 2017 redesign, the 2018 Kia Sportage has a few upgrades on its lower level models and some new safety features. The LX model, the base-level trim, now has a rear-traffic alert, blind spot detection, lane departure warning and autonomous emergency braking available as optional features with the Technology Package. Those safety features all come standard on the SX Turbo model, the high-end option. The EX model, which is the middle of the pack, has lane change assist and blind spot detection as standard features with the others available as optional upgrades. The LX and EX models each have a 2.4-liter 4-cylinder engine with 181 horsepower. The engine is available as either all-wheel-drive or front-wheel drive. The SX Turbo model features a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder turbocharged engine with 240 horsepower and front-wheel drive standard. An all-wheel drive option is available.
