2018 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD ratings and reviews
Thirty-two possible configurations make the Silverado 2500HD customizable for any driver’s day-to-day tasks, from home to work and back again. The 360 horsepower 6.0-liter V8 engine in this model is paired with a six-speed automatic transmission with overdrive for maximum torque and towing power without losing too much fuel economy. The 2018 models come standard with a 4.2inch color display, with the Work Truck trim coming with a seven-inch color touchscreen display with MyLink standard. The previous four-speaker audio system has been upgraded to a six-speaker system for 2018, and a rear vision camera is now standard across all trim levels. Although the 2500HD loses three exterior colors in 2018, it gains two more for a total of ten to eleven options depending on the trim level. Lane assist and park assist are also available options. The Silverado 2500HD is backed by a 36-month or 36,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty.
