2018 Chevrolet Impala ratings and reviews
The stylish, roomy interior, trunk space, and fuel economy on the Impala are just a few excellent features new for 2018. The LS and LT trims push our 197 horsepower from their 2.5-liter engines for a total of 191lb-ft of torque. The Impala comes only in front-wheel drive with a 6-speed automatic transmission and gets about 30mpg highway. Standard infotainment features include USB and iPod connectivity, OnStar with Wi-Fie, Bluetooth, rear backup cameral, and MyLink® 8-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Safety is not lost amid the technology with side-curtain, front-side and front-knee airbags, traction control, rear cross-traffic alert, blind spot monitoring, and more. The Premier trim level is now standard with Bose Centerpoint Surround Sound and wireless device charging, while the LT level now comes standard with remote start. The 2018 Impala also features an optionally heated steering wheel. It is backed by a 36-month of 36,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty.
