2017 Ram Truck Ratings, Reviews and Awards

Ram’s ability to create powerful trucks at affordable prices is one of the biggest drives to the manufacturer. Although Ram doesn’t continuously give massive updates to its lineup every year, it always has some tweaks in store. This model year consisted mostly of new trim levels and packages and some minor revisions to keep Ram trucks in line with their competition while preparing for a significant overhaul of the Ram 1500 for the 2019 model year. The Ram 2500HD and 3500HD both received slight redesigns of their exteriors, while an exciting new Off-Road Package adds everything needed for an off-roading adventure, like tow hooks and Bilstein shock absorbers. Ram’s flagship 1500 saw a new trim level, Rebel, which includes a rearview camera and an updated infotainment system, while the Sport trim’s security system and remote start are now standard features. A radio and a few style tweaks were the only updates for the ProMaster.
