2017 MINI Clubman ratings and reviews

If you liked the previous MINI Clubman but thought it was too mini, you'll be happy to know that the 2017 model has a bit more space. There's 17.5-cubic-feet of space behind the back seat, and when the seats are folded down, there's nearly 48-cubic-feet of space. The rear seat now has room for three and the driver, and the passenger in the front can usually sit comfortably without bumping elbows. The all-new John Cooper Works model has a more powerful engine and performance features, including standard all-wheel-drive. AWD is an option on the other two models. The JCW model also features a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-4 engine with 228 horsepower. Cooper models have a 1.5-liter turbocharged inline-3 engine, and sportier Cooper S models have a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-4 engine. A manual transmission is standard on all engines, with the option of switching to an automatic.
