The 2017 Chevrolet Suburban has several different trims which can be either 2WD or 4WD. All of the trim levels have the same maximum passenger capacity of nine, which is more than enough for the entire family along with some friends to ride in comfort at the same time. All of the trims include remote starting and remote entry, 120V electrical outlets, a touch screen style console, Bluetooth integration, a parking camera, a powerful sound system, satellite radio, privacy glass, zoned climate control, powered accessories, and a 60/40 splitting/folding second row of seats with a 50/50 folding third row of seats. The Suburban sports a 5.3L EcoTec3 engine with active fuel management, direct fuel injection, and variable valve timing. The engine can output 355 horsepower at 5600 rpm and 383 lb-ft of torque at 4100 rpm. All trims carry a six-speed automatic transmission that is electrically controlled and has an overdrive mode for towing or hauling.
