2017 BMW M4 ratings and reviews

The 2017 BMW M4 is available as either a two-door coupe or a two-door convertible with a three-piece retractable hardtop roof. Both options feature a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-6 engine under the hood, capable of 425 horsepower. The engine has a six-speed manual transmission as standard, but there's the option of a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission as well. Like other 2017 BMW models, the M4 has automatic engine start/stop which is meant to help save fuel. The feature can be turned off. For drivers who have the need for speed, the M4 can reach 60 mph in just over four seconds (with manual transmission). Automatic transmission models go from zero to 60 in about four seconds. Standard features include keyless ignition and entry, 3-stage heated front seats, a premium audio system with voice-controlled navigation, real-time traffic, and 20GB of storage for audio files. iDrive 5.0 includes infotainment features such as BMW ConnectedDrive.
