2016 Jeep Ratings, Reviews and Awards

For 2016, Jeep decided to lighten up a bit. The Grand Cherokee, the largest of its models, got more aluminum in its independent suspension, reducing weight and boosting the fuel efficiency. Models with V6 engines also got a slight power boost, up five horsepower, in 2016. The 2016 Renegade, the brand's compact crossover SUV, also saw a few small, subtle changes for 2016, such as a Beats audio system and rain sensing wipers. Engine options include a 1.4-liter turbocharged inline-4 cylinder or a 2.4-liter inline-4 cylinder. Although models in the Jeep lineup saw a few tiny changes for 2016, such as the addition of the Sport SE Package to the Jeep Compass.
