The 2016 GMC Yukon XL SUV weighs nearly three tons. Like its smaller sibling the Yukon, it has three rows of seating. Unlike the standard wheelbase Yukon, the Yukon XL can comfortably seat adults in that final row. Standard features on all Yukon XL SUVs include a rearview camera, parking sensors in the front and back, and the IntelliLink infotainment system, which has Bluetooth streaming, SiriusXM radio, and an eight-inch touchscreen. Optional features include a Head-Up Display, available in the Premium Package for the Yukon XL Denali, as well as well a rear-seat DVD entertainment system. Also available is the Open Road Package, which adds in navigation, a power sunroof, and the rear-seat entertainment system. The standard engine is a 5.3-liter V8 with 355 horsepower, while a 6.2-liter V8 engine is available on Yukon XL Denali models.
