2015 Mercedes-Benz Ratings, Reviews and Awards

Mercedes-Benz chose a somewhat subtle approach to its 2015 upgrades, including tweaks like restyled interiors, new standard features for some trims, minor package changes, and a few adjustments to engines. However, the company did make some changes to its lineup this year by moving the CL-Class out of the picture and bringing in the S-Class coupe, only a year after Mercedes-Benz reintroduced the S-Class to the scene. The coupe brought with it a high-quality, uniquely styled interior with a floating lower dashboard and broad TFT gauges, while a twin-turbocharged V8 engine brought a mighty performance. The popular C-Class got a longer wheelbase to add to its interior space, along with new 4-cylinder and 6-cylinder engine options, while the E-Class welcomed the E400 trim with a V6 engine, heated seating, and an available hybrid configuration. A welcomed upgrade to the GL-Class was a V6 engine for its GL450 trim which improved power and fuel efficiency.
