2015 Honda Ratings, Reviews and Awards

Honda made waves in the market with its China debut in April 2015 of the Concept D, a futuristic SUV sure to turn heads with its eye-catching, almost outlandish, design. Honda also stopped production for some vehicles, like the Accord Plug-In Hybrid, Civic Hybrid, the Fit EV, and the popular Ridgeline, which saw only a short, one-year hiatus. More vehicles entered the lineup: The BR-V, XR-V, and the HR-V, which returned after a nine-year break with its 2nd generation, although it didn’t pick up much speed until the 2016 model year. Honda gave the Pilot a Special Edition trim level with rear seat entertainment, a sunroof, and stylish alloy wheels and added a universal garage door opener and some driver assistance features to the Accord. The CR-V saw some notable changes, like a transformed chassis and a CVT transmission, while the Fit got an overhaul with additional trim levels, a CVT transmission option, and a standard rearview camera.
