2008 Hyundai Ratings, Reviews and Awards

In 2008, the Hyundai's Sonata is a standard four-cylinder engine, though the V-6 engine option now extends to every trim level (there are three trims). The Sonata pairs a 162 hp, 2.4 L engine with standard stability system, and new features this year include a power driver's seat, performance tires (on SE models), and new upholstery (in SE and GLS models). The Santa Fe is Hyundai's full-size SUV and can seat up to seven. In 2008, the brand has slightly tweaked an already wide range of features, including adding a 605-watt, 10-speaker AM/FM stereo and a sunroof, standard. On the Limited, navigation will come standard now. Drivers can choose between the 185 hp, 2.7 L, V-6 base engine, or the 242 hp, 3.3 L, V-6 engine. 2008 will prove to be the last year for the Tiburon, Hyundai's coupe, and it also gets few updates, though its front and rear were lightly restyled.
