2006 Lexus Ratings, Reviews and Awards

Lexus focuses on attracting new premium car buyers with brand new models for their brand. The hybrid RX 400h targets SUV lovers that want upgrades in fuel economy without sacrificing handling or amenities. It features a six-cylinder 268 horsepower performance with three separate electric motors to support that power without dramatically increasing gas consumption. IS and GS sedans debut with six-cylinder engines and sleek styling. They come with new tech features and redesigned interiors for more comfort. The GS includes keyless entry, a start/stop switch, satellite radio, and heated memory seats. The IS line features more power and better interior tech options including MP3 ports and full power accessories. The 350 series now has Park Assist and rear window defogging in addition to the features of the 250 trim series. Other minor changes include an expanded RX 330 package choice and a modernized exterior and interior design for the SC 430 convertible.
