2004 Lexus Ratings, Reviews and Awards

Lexus has some exciting new updates for its 2004 luxury lineup. The most noticeable changes are to the popular RX 330. A popular compact luxury SUV, the five-passenger Lexus RX 330 gets a big facelift going into 2004. Along with this redesigned styling, the vehicle is almost six inches longer than previous years. A brand new 3.3-liter V6 engine with a five-speed automatic transmission produces 230 horsepower and 242lbs per square foot of torque. The 2004 Lexus ES 330, an entry-level luxury sedan, also received an updated powerplant in the form of a 3.3-liter V6 with 5-speed automatic transmission capable of 225 horsepower. Although performance remains relatively unchanged, the flagship Lexus LS 430, a full-size luxury sedan, got quite a few updated features such as a power rear sunshade. A new six-speed transmission was also introduced to go along with the LS 430’s powerful 4.3-liter V8 engine.
