2002 Cadillac Ratings, Reviews and Awards

An exciting addition to the Cadillac 2002 lineup was the new generation of the Escalade, the company’s luxury SUV that already shined, but now stands out among competitors with its boast-worthy 6.0-liter V8 engine, an OnStar emergency communication system, and a new body style – the EXT – which has an extended pickup-like bed. Cadillac also announced that 2002 would be the last year for the Eldorado, so it’s not surprising that the manufacturer gifted it a Collectors’ Series package with 16-inch wheels, exclusive interior trims, and new paint color options for the exterior. New for the Seville was a Bose sound system, standard navigation, and a longer interval for oil changes, while an advanced satellite radio system was added toward the end of the year. Most changes for the DeVille also waited until year’s end, like leather seating, a refined shock system, and optional navigation with voice recognition.
