Close Smartphone Features: This score measures how customers rate their smartphone's toggle or navigation wheel, touch screen, stylus, and calendar. It also measures the quality of multimedia capabilities and quality of video of the smartphone. Close Physical Design: This score measures how customers rate their smartphone's visual appeal and weight.
