Overall Satisfaction: This score is based on how customers rate every aspect of their experience with their current wireless smartphone.
Performance: This score measures how customers rate the reliability of their smartphone's operating system, call quality, battery performance and camera picture/video quality. It also measures the timeliness of syncing between hardware,and the processing speed of their smartphone's operating system.
Ease of Operation: This score measures how customers rate their smartphone's usability of basic features, functionality and ease of navigating menu screens.
Smartphone Features: This score measures how customers rate their smartphone's toggle or navigation wheel, touch screen, stylus, and calendar. It also measures the quality of multimedia capabilities and quality of video of the smartphone.
Physical Design: This score measures how customers rate their smartphone's visual appeal and weight. It also measures the size, clarity, and resistance to scratches of the smartphone's display screen.
