The eleventh annual J.D. Power Roundtable of Champions (ROC) is an exclusive, invitation-only event comprised of executives from current J.D. Power client organizations that have achieved customer service certification.

This year’s theme, “Transformation is Not a Destination” highlights the reality that organizational transformation is an ongoing evolution and not a one-time goal. Presentations and discussions at this event will focus on how top performers win, and continue to evolve, through a strategic customer experience focus. This theme is designed to help our clients fully explore the issues to become better positioned to succeed now and in the future.

The ROC event provides a forum for operational and strategic leaders of organizations that have been recognized under the J.D. Power Certified Contact Center ProgramSM or that are current performance improvement clients to discuss key topics, including:
