For a second consecutive year, Simonton Windows® ranks “Highest in Customer Satisfaction with Windows and Patio Doors,” according to the J.D. Power and Associates 2011 Windows and Patio Doors Satisfaction StudySM. The study examines the consumer experience with residential windows or patio doors that have been purchased within the past 12 months.

Price: This score is based on how customers rate their satisfaction with the price paid for the products and services they received from window / patio door manufacturers.
