Barclaycard ranks third in overall customer satisfaction in the J.D. Power and Associates 2011 U.S. Credit Card Satisfaction StudySM . With an index score of 739 (on a 1,000-point scale), Barclaycard not only achieves a 30-point improvement from its performance in 2010, but also shows the greatest year-over-year increase in satisfaction and achieves significant improvements in critical areas that drive customer satisfaction.
