Coverage and Communication: This score is based on how vision plan members rate their plan on vision care benefits provided, choice of eye care provider locations, and communications about coverage and benefits. Cost: This score is based on how vision plan members rate their plans on costs for their level of coverage. Costs include monthly premiums, co-pays to doctors, and costs for eye wear purchases under the plan.
