Overall Experience: This score is based on how customers rate every aspect of their customer experience with the pharmacy where they made their most recent purchase in the past 3 months.
Store Convenience: This score is based on how customers rate the hours of operation, ease of ordering, timeliness of filling prescriptions, amount/availability of parking, and location of their retail pharmacy.
Store Layout and Design: This score is based on how customers rate the cleanliness, comfort of waiting area, ease of finding needed items, and location of prescription counter of the retail store or department where they made their most recent purchase.
Non-Pharmacist Staff: This score is based on how customers rate the courtesy and friendliness, knowledge, respect for privacy, concern for situation or needs, availability, and timeliness of assistance of the staff.
