Ease of Operation: This score is based on how customers rated the ease of understanding how to operate their handset at first, the loudness of the phone’s audio output, and the ease of pressing its keys. It also measures satisfaction with the ease of reading the text.
Physical Design: This score is based on how customers rated their phone’s visual appeal and size and weight. It also measures satisfaction with the brightness and size of display screen and the size of the keypad.
Handset Features: This score is based on how customers rated the ease of using the phone’s basic features, variety of ring tone options, quality of ring tone sounds, and variety of features. It also measures satisfaction with the ease of using e-mail and internet features.
