Overall Satisfaction with Mobile Phone: This score is based on how customers rated the features, durability, physical design, battery life, and operation of their mobile phone.
Physical Design: This score is based on how customers rated their phone’s visual appeal and size and weight.  It also measures satisfaction with the brightness and size of display screen and the size of the keypad.  
Operation: This score is based on how customers rated the ease of understanding how to operate their handset at first, the loudness of the phone’s audio output, and the ease of pressing its keys.  It also measures satisfaction with the ease of reading the text and numbers displayed, navigating around the menu, controlling audio output, and understanding display screen symbols.   
Features: This score is based on how customers rated the ease of using the phone’s basic features, variety of ring tone options, quality of ring tone sounds, and variety of features.  It also measures satisfaction with the ease of using e-mail and internet features and text messaging.   
Durability: This score is based on how customers rated the durability of their mobile phone.
Battery Function: This score is based on how customers rated the amount of battery life needed before recharging, length of time needed to recharge the battery, and the ease of replacing batteries.
