According to a recent study by J.D. Power and Associates, domestic airlines are doing a better job of getting travelers to their destinations on time, but overall customer satisfaction has declined for a third consecutive year, driven by decreased passenger satisfaction with in-flight services, the flight crew, and costs and fees.
