Kevin Keegan - Vice President
Kevin Keegan is Practice Leader for the Insurance and Healthcare practices at J.D. Power and Associates. In this role, he leads the firm’s efforts to develop and deliver customer satisfaction studies, performance improvement initiatives and certification programs to serve insurance companies, agents, brokers and other intermediaries as well as hospitals and other healthcare professionals.

Jeffrey Leiman - Senior Director
Jeff is a Senior Director in the Insurance practice at J.D. Power and Associates. As a lead researcher in the insurance sector, he is responsible for the design, execution and analysis of syndicated and proprietary customer satisfaction studies.

Scott Quarderer - Account Director
Scott Quarderer is Account Director for the Financial Services and Insurance Division of J.D. Power and Associates. His responsibilities include business development and proposal coordination within the insurance sector and providing support for the firm’s insurance client base in syndicated, proprietary, and tracking research solutions. He also works closely with insurance companies across this sector to provide research-based solutions, including training and certification programs.
