National Auto Insurance StudySM - This annual study is designed to assess customer satisfaction with auto insurance providers and examine the factors that drive overall satisfaction, including customer perception of insurance company personnel and automated/online channels, premium price, claims handling, and customer-initiated contact. The study also explores continually changing consumer shopping and loyalty behaviors.
Homeowners Insurance StudySM - This study provides insight into many aspects of consumers' homeowners insurance experiences. Similar to the National Auto Insurance Study, the results are provided to help insurance providers better understand the shopping characteristics, satisfaction, and service experience of today's homeowner insurance customer.
Insurance Shopping StudySM - This study expands on the seven years of conducting insurance benchmarking studies to dive deeper into the world of insurance shoppers and uncover what triggers their shopping behavior, their perception of insurance brands, and how they make their purchase decision. The study polls approximately 100,000 households to understand the incidence and dynamics of shopping behavior for over 20 of the leading carriers.
Medicare Part D Beneficiary Satisfaction StudySM - The study is designed to measure customer satisfaction with individual Medicare Part D plans, from plan selection and enrollment through ongoing service, while establishing the importance of the voice of the customer in plan design and benefit administration. Overall customer satisfaction is measured based on five factors: drug benefits, cost and billing, enrollment, pharmacy experience and service interaction.
