National Health Insurance Plan Satisfaction Study
The National Health Insurance Plan Satisfaction Study is a member satisfaction benchmarking study that provides company-specific performance comparisons and valuable insights into competitive strengths and weaknesses. The study focuses on providing health plans a better understanding of the opinions of their members and what they really want, need, and look for in a health insurance plan. To meet these objectives, the study examines member satisfaction with all aspects of the health plan experience including, but not limited to: plan coverage, customer service, information & communication, choice of doctors/hospitals/pharmacies, and approval processes/claims processing/insurance statements.
