Trevor Bowman is a Research Specialist in the Financial Services Practice at J.D. Power. He is responsible for leading the research process for the Canadian Full-Service Investor Satisfaction Study and the Canadian Self-Directed Investor Satisfaction Study. Additionally, he manages the monthly reporting process of a proprietary tracking study, where he works closely with all teams involved to ensure the execution of a smooth process within a short time frame.

Prior to joining J.D. Power in 2015, Mr. Bowman was a research coordinator at the University of Michigan-Dearborn iLabs, Center for Innovation Research. There, he supported survey programming and verbatim coding; processed and analyzed data; and oversaw planning, execution and reporting of student survey data. Previously, he was a marketing intern at Ford Motor Company, where he created survey instruments and analyzed the results.

Mr. Bowman earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
