Roman Lesnau is a Senior Director in the Global Automotive Division at J.D. Power. He manages client service across third party website, agency, media company and OEM clients. Since joining the company in 2013, he has worked closely with each of J.D. Power’s automotive practice areas, including vehicle quality, retail experience, product consulting and data & analytics, bringing a specific marketing and media perspective to the analyses the company delivers.

Prior to joining J.D. Power, Mr. Lesnau spent 25+ years on the agency side, most recently as executive vice president and managing director at Team Detroit (now GTB, the global ad agency representing Ford Motor Company). Over his career he’s led marketing efforts in every aspect of automotive, from new product launches to parts and service, from national brand advertising to dealer association marketing, and lead generation to credit and financing.

Mr. Lesnau received a bachelor’s degree in design and a post-graduate certificate in marketing from the University of Michigan.
