Roger Huff is the Director of Social Media and Digital Strategy at STARTEK, a customer engagement BPO firm that is bringing true human dialogue back to the contact center. Throughout his fifteen year career, Roger has implemented omni-channel strategies for clients throughout many different industry verticals including retail, ecommerce, automotive, manufacturing, consumer technology and telecommunications. His specialty lies in identifying social media and digital customer engagement strategies to help clients maximize the constantly changing digital landscape. Under Roger’s leadership, clients have increased customer loyalty, digital acquisition, and digital community engagement. For one retail client in particular, he helped reduce cost per engagement by over 70% during a three year period. Prior to joining STARTEK, Roger helped lead marketing and customer support efforts for Allstate Insurance and GSI Commerce. He is a published author and graduate of the University of Louisville.
