  • Leads the senior management team in establishing long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies.
  • Develops, communicates and implements the vision, mission and overall strategic plan that guides the Carbone Group’s direction.
  • Demonstrates the leadership necessary to make the Group’s mission and objectives successful through high-level decisions regarding policy and strategy.
  • Oversees the operation of the company in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans—including ongoing evaluation to monitor success.
  • Develops an organizational environment that promotes a positive company culture, staff morale and performance.
  • Hires, trains, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all division senior management.
  • Leads, guides, directs, evaluates and challenges the results and accountabilities of the executive team.
  • Facilitates managers’ meetings encompassing all aspects of departmental operations and performance.
  • Develops and/or enhances, implements and enforces policies, procedures and systems to improve the company’s overall operation and effectiveness.
  • Maintains awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, and new industry developments and standards.
  • Represents the Carbone Auto Group in civic and professional associations and activities at the local, state and national levels.
  • Responsible for all negotiations and business matters between the Group and its general liability insurance carrier.
  • Assures the continuation of a safe work environment in compliance with company policy and OSHA standards
