History
Mini is a manufacturer of small passengercars. Originally launched in 1959, the British automaker is creditedwith introducing a very compact, front-wheel-drive 4-passenger vehiclethat became an iconic model for small cars. In more recent years, BMWrevived the brand in 2001 with the introduction of the new, 2002 MiniCooper.

Much larger than its predecessors, but still small in stature comparedto the other offerings on the market, models offered by Mini meet allcurrent safety standards and are considered sporty yet fuel efficient.Today, the lineup includes compact sedans, convertibles, wagons and anall-new compact sport utility vehicle. Mini automobiles are made in theUnited Kingdom and exported worldwide.
