2010 Ford Escape HybridCritical Knowledge:

2010 E-Series: After major upgrades in 2008 and 2009, the E-Series is offered with Sync communications and entertainment technology for 2010.

2010 Escape: Active Park Assist technology helps the driver identify a parallel parking space, and then parks the Escape for the driver. Other updates includes MyKey parental programming for speed and stereo volume, upgraded Sync communications and entertainment technology, rearview camera, and side mirrors that help the driver better see into blind spots.

2010 Explorer: Trailer Sway Control is standard for 2010. The Explorer is also offered in XLT Sport trim this year, and the optional Sync communications and entertainment system is upgraded.

2010 Explorer Sport Trac: The aging half-SUV, half-pickup Explorer Sport Trac adds a standard Trailer Sway Control system this year, and the optional Sync communications and entertainment system is upgraded for 2010.

2010 Expedition: Using new standard MyKey programmable settings, Expedition owners can set maximum speed and stereo volume for when kids borrow the family SUV. Trailer Sway Control is a new standard feature this year, and the optional Sync communications and entertainment system is upgraded for 2010.

2010 F-Series: The new SVT Raptor model is essentially a baja truck that's nearly race ready right out of the showroom. All 2010 F-150s are equipped with MyKey parental programming technology to limit speed and stereo volume, and the optional Sync system is upgraded. Fuel economy improvements are also made to several models in the lineup.

2010 F-Series Super Duty: In its final year before a significant upgrade, the 2010 Ford F-Series Super Duty is available with Ford Work Solutions technology, military-grade Tough Bed spray-in bedliner, and new standard features on certain trim levels. A new Cabela's trim level is also on sale for 2010.

2010 Ranger: Stability control with roll stability control and seat-mounted side-impact air bags are now standard equipment on the aged 2010 Ford Ranger. Ford has discontinued the FX4 Off-Road model, and the long-bed option is now reserved for fleet customers choosing the XL trim level.

2010 Transit Connect: Sold internationally for years, the new 2010 Ford Transit Connect is a small commercial van designed for use by small business owners in dense cities. Highlights include a 4-cylinder engine good for 20 mpg in the city, 135 cubic feet of cargo capacity, 1,600-pound payload rating, and numerous commercial-grade options.
