2013 Cadillac ATS Receives 5-Star Overall Crash Test Rating

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has released crash-test results for the new 2013 Cadillac ATS. The compact luxury sports sedan receives a 5-star overall rating (out of 5 stars), earning a 5-star rating in every single evaluation including the rollover resistance test. As such, it joins a rarefied league of models that also includes the Chevrolet Camaro Coupe and the Volvo S60.

The 2013 Cadillac ATS has a base price of $33,990, and is offered with a choice of three engines, a manual gearbox or automatic transmission, and rear- or all-wheel drive. Standard, Luxury, Performance, and Premium trim levels are available, and when equipped with every option, the ATS 3.6 Premium costs $54,700.
